The façade adopts a clean, symmetrical grid with muted, earthy finishes that harmonize with the Chennai skyline—striking a balance between visual elegance and climate-conscious design.
With a vertical layout of stilt + 4 floors + terrace, every level is intentionally planned—allowing for streamlined utilities, optimal floor plates, and intelligent shaft placements that support future tech integrations.

Targeting LEED Gold and WELL Silver certifications, 30 Artha goes beyond compliance to embrace global sustainability and wellness standards. From rainwater harvesting to high-efficiency energy backup and water treatment systems, every element is engineered for long-term environmental impact.
All shafts for data, voice, and electricals are pre-planned and concealed—enabling plug-and-play fit-outs. The building also provides high-side air conditioning per floor, allowing occupants to scale their systems as needed without disruption.
With 31 dedicated car parks, separate visitor parking, and a provisioned cafeteria on the terrace level, 30 Artha is designed for tenant comfort. Mitsubishi high-speed elevators ensure smooth movement across floors, while 11.5 ft clear heights deliver an airy, open work environment.
