Introduction to the project's concept and vision

Situated in Perungudi’s Santhi Nagar, just off OMR, the site benefits from strong transportation access—including proposed metro lines, bus stops within 100m, and arterial road connectivity—making it a strategic node for emerging businesses.
The floor plan allows modular divisions with identity-rich clusters—ideal for startups, creative agencies, or innovation labs. Each unit has access to light, cross-ventilation, and views to the park or coast, offering both visual and spatial clarity.
With over 84,000 sq.ft. of total FSI achieved, the tower rises 9 floors with basement parking. Each level is laid out with breakout areas, terraces, and embedded green spaces inspired by greenhouse modules—making nature a core part of the workday experience.
With cascading terraces, framed park views, and structured plug-ins across levels, the building responds organically to both city and context—poised to become a design-forward icon in Perungudi’s skyline.

Design Inspiration

Explore the design elements inspired by nature

Inspired by greenhouse architecture, the building integrates planted terraces, visual green edges, and structural frameworks that allow landscape to breathe within the built form.
Strategic voids, varied setbacks, and terrace courts allow layered views to the nearby park and distant coastline. This cascading massing ensures connection with nature without losing verticality or density.
The office layout breaks down into defined clusters—each with independent presence, identity, and movement, yet part of a unified spatial rhythm. This reduces bulk, enhances navigation, and invites discovery.
