Introduction to the project's concept and vision

Positioned on a prominent 80-ft road near the Toll Plaza and just 50 meters from the upcoming Metro station, The Address commands high visibility and seamless accessibility for growing teams and enterprise brands alike.
Rising 11 floors with a double-height basement and G+T levels, the tower offers 1,10,000+ sq.ft. of Grade A office space. Each floor is structured for flexibility with ~9,400 sq.ft. plates, high-speed elevators, and a rooftop cafeteria zone.
Designed for long-term impact, the tower integrates rainwater harvesting, STP/WTP systems, and green building technologies. With LEED Platinum and WELL Silver targets, it is among the most ambitious ESG-certified commercial buildings in Chennai.
With 120 car parks, 140 bike slots, and 3 Mitsubishi elevators (including a service lift), The Address supports high-volume workforce movement while offering future-ready utility shafts for voice, data, and EB.
